The conference center "Pierre Mendès-France"
will be indicated from the main entrance of Ministry
of Economy, Finance and Industry (Ministère
de l'Économie, des finances et de l'industrie).
Access - Security
In order to enter the Ministry facilities, you will
be required to have some formal identification. A
visitor's badge will be issued to each participant
in the "Centre de conferences".
Public transportation
The ministry is well served by all forms of public
transports including taxi, subway and buses :

Eating facilities
The conference center is situated at a walking distance
of several restaurants and cafes.
It is also possible to have lunch at the ministry
cafeteria (meals will be
offered by the ministry). In this case, you must fill
in the registration form accordingly. The participants
will be shared out two restaurants
(The name will be indicated on the ticket given during
registration) :

Restaurant Diderot : building Colbert – pile 4.

The cocktail, offered by the Treasury, will be held on Tuesday, 25 March, at 6.30 pm at the Ministry :

Workshop organisation
Plenary sessions will be held at the "salle de Conferences" in the Center "Pierre Mendès-France".
Sub-groups sessions will be held :
Rooms of each sub-groups will be indicated in the
Conference Center.
All the sessions will be held in English and French
with simultaneous interpretation

Coffee, tea, water, juices will be offered during the breaks.

during the workshop.

Title and date of the workshop must be written on
the envelope. Documents must be sent just a couple
of days before the meeting because of the lack of
storage room. We invite each organisation to display
its documentation on the tables just before the meeting.
In this case, it is necessary to come earlier to do
so.

Meal includes a main dish, two plates chosen among starters, cheeses and desserts, a drink and a coffee.
